There have been a number of new posting to British Photographic History over the past week.

They include: a new publication Photography and Its Origins; details of the Alvin Langdon Coburn exhibition which opens in Madrid this week; a report on the Drawn by Light exhibition at Media Space which opened last week to great acclaim; information on two new conservation and process identification workshops; David Marcou's interview with Bert Hardy; and two calls for papers for Reflecting the World: Museums and collections of visual and sound documentation around 1900 and Fast Forward: Women in Photography – Then and Now.
